Who we are

DropYourQuote is a trading name of Ray van Wingerden, a sole trader in the UK. We are responsible for the information you send us. Contact: info@dropyourquote.com.

What we collect

• The quote files you upload.
• Your name, email address, phone number (if given) and a postcode (of the property, venue or business).
• Details about the job, such as the type of work (building or website), size, quoted price, timing and any notes.

Why we use it

To review your quote, price the same job and prepare an offer for you, and to contact you about it. We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit, and on taking steps at your request before a possible contract.

We may also use job details without your personal details (for example category, size, area and price) to improve how we price future jobs.

Who we share it with

Depending on the job, we either supply it ourselves or through partner companies we have trade agreements with. We share the job with partner companies, only where they need to price the job, and we remove your personal details where possible. We use hosting and email providers to run this service. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your quote and details for 12 months, then delete them. If you go ahead with us, we keep what we need for the job and our records for longer, as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, or withdraw your consent. Email info@dropyourquote.com with your reference. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. The site sets no cookies for visitors.
